Playing & Creating Together

The kiddos learn so much through play! They use their imaginations and creative & critical thinking skills to design and build structures. Sometimes they build structures just to build them, but more likely than not they build to tell stories; to engage in dramatic play. Throughout the process they are using language skills to collaborate, negotiate, and create. The use of all types of building blocks helps kids to develop stronger motor skills, hand-eye coordination, spatial skills, a capacity for creative thinking, social skills, and language skills...not to mention the fact that it's just plain FUN!
